Topic: Discover Pilates Workshop
If you are looking for a way to stay healthy this year, Pilates may be for you. This method combines stretching and strengthening movements to build a more balanced and flexible body. To learn more, we invite you to join us at our next LOHAS event with Nina Desborough, certified Pilates instructor.
Nina is a third generation Pilates instructor and teaches mat work and reformer work. She says, “Pilates is not so much about what you do, but how you do it.” Come learn more at her Studio 14.
