A Woman’s Place is in the Boardroom
We need more women in the C-suite and on Boards
How to we achieve that?
Why is it important?
We all know that women are under-represented at the board level in organisations, but what can we do about it? We will meet Tanja Weiher who is a board member, and supports other women to move into board position through her board mentoring programme. In the style of an interview we will hear Tanja’s personal story of how she took up a board position, what being on a board means to her and why she believes it is important. We will also learn what we could do to get more women into board positions and how we could become a board member.
