Michelle is the founder of Clarity Training and Consulting and has 15 years background in learning and development and has designed and facilitated more than 200 workshops for about 3000 executives and managers from Fortune 500 companies and regional based organisations. She has trained executives from different functional areas such as supply chain, finance, logistics, technology, engineering, human resource, corporate communications, sales and client/customer service.

Michelle is from Singapore, had lived in United States and is currently living with her family in central Switzerland. She travels between Asia and Europe to work with clients in their learning and development needs. She is also a mother of twins and hence, a professional juggler of work, family and life.
