Ann Michelle Mondragon
“Mabuhay!” from Ann Michelle. She is known to spice things up. Growing up in the beautiful islands of the Philippines, the young but seasoned communications strategist has been working for Givaudan, a world leading flavours and fragrance company for the past 10 years. Ann Michelle is a recipient of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women™ (FWN100) Emerging Leader award, recognizing Filipina women below age 35 who are making their mark in a leadership role. She took part in an expedition with HERPlanet Earth to help raise funds for the Conservation International in Kenya.

Stephanie Skarke
Though originally growing up in Germany, Stephanie lived over 20 years in the US between South Carolina and Ohio, where she spent most of her professional career in Sales and Account Management. After taking a Europe trip April ‘22 to determine where she’d settle next, the Zurich lake and Alps were simply too breathtaking to forego. She is now fully dedicated to a Business Development role for the largest frame and lens manufacturer in the world, creating a product which will provide better vision benefits for the DACH region.

Marketing and Brand
"Buenos Dias!" Born in Colombia and raised between Spain and Geneva, Camila is a Digital Marketing Specialist at IMI, specializing in campaign management, social media strategy, HubSpot automation, and market analysis to enhance brand engagement. With a background in finance and digital marketing, she takes a data-driven approach to optimize marketing efforts. Previously working in wealth management, Camila developed strong analytical skills, which she now applies to create marketing strategies that drive results. Her career began in fashion photography, where she honed her ability to craft visual stories and build brand identities- skills that still influence her work today.

Outside of work, Camila is passionate about art, galleries, and cultural spaces, and she’s committed to staying ahead of trends in technology, sustainability, and digital marketing.

Partnerships
Ralu, a seasoned corporate communication and change management generalist, has called Switzerland home for the past eight years. Fueled by an unwavering commitment to personal and professional development, she has an insatiable curiosity that drives her to keep exploring through literature spanning organizational psychology, neuroscience, sociology, and enriching her understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. Additionally, she immerses herself in podcasts discussing contemporary issues, staying abreast of the ever-evolving landscape. Beyond her intellectual pursuits, Ralu finds solace in running, and acts as a mentor to other women.

Treasurer
Cheng Scheidegger
Ni Hao! Cheng is a Malaysian Chinese setting foot in Zurich 20 years ago. She has over 10 years of experience in banking, reporting and controlling . Enthusiasm, persistence and pragmatism have been the three traits that guiding her life and helped her find her place over time. Cheng has been a key EC member for years and has contributed greatly to making PWG the successful organization it is today.

Livia Pieralli
Half Italian and half Czech, Livia has recently moved to Switzerland after living for more than 13 years in Prague, where she climbed the corporate ladder for a big international company. Livia holds a Master’s degree in international Diplomatic Studies and is currently enrolled at the University of St. Gallen for a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Management.
She is passionate about cooking and likes to challenge herself in preparing good food for her family
and friends.

Born in Portugal, Maria's career quickly took on an international turn. She lived across three continents, immersing herself in different cultures from Singapore to Chicago. These global experiences broadened her perspective, but it was Switzerland that felt like home. Now, with over a decade of HR experience and building connections, she continues to find meaning in her work and community. Through PWG, Maria connects, supports, and empowers others facing similar challenges, creating a community that makes settling in Switzerland a bit easier.
