As March always marks a very special day for all women, we would like to celebrate International Women's Day in a very particular way!

Join us for a unique event where you will be able to connect with other women and have an active participation into our #IAmRemarkable workshop. 

#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone, including underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion. Learn more at g.co/iamremarkable

In this interactive session led by Meera Mahadevan, you will actively participate in small group discussions and exercises to increase your comfort and confidence in self-promotion.

During this 90 minute workshop we will: 

●  reflect on our own limiting beliefs on self-promotion

●  share data and research regarding self-promotion and bias

●  go through the main exercise to help you identify and share your achievements

●  wrap up with discussion and take home exercises

After the workshop we will have the chance to network and get to know each other better enjoying a small apero.

Meera has recently finished her Master in Integrated Building Systems at ETH Zürich. 

She joined #IAmRemarkable during the COVID times and has facilitated over 4 workshops with different groups of people including students and professionals. 

In her own words, what motivates her to be part of #IAmRemarkable is: "I always used to focus on my weaknesses trying to rectify them, forgetting that I had several strengths and achievements. But very soon I realized what helped me was to focus on my wins to visualise my goals. And when I do it with a lot of people, I feel boosted up".
