Monthly meeting

Realizing the power of talent women

By now, the headlines around gender equity in the workplace are as familiar as the compelling business motivations to create more inclusive, innovative and engaging work environments. Unfortunately, the relevant interventions and performance metrics tied to inclusion remain elusive and in some quarters, inconclusive.
Please join us for an engaging and interactive exchange with Eleanor Tabi Haller-Jorden, President and CEO of the Paradigm Forum GmbH, who will discuss and debate the various approaches being taken to drive impactful workplace change to benefit men and women alike. She will also share ideas on how we as individuals can best navigate the ‘white water’ of corporate employment and craft relevant strategies for advancing our careers.
