Sarah Eckereder was born and grew up in Oxford, UK, before discovering a love of international living while studying for her BA(Hons.) in European Business in the UK and Germany. She has lived in Germany and Switzerland for most of her adult life and has been at home just outside Zürich since 2004.Her career started in the banking industry in Germany and London, becoming Head of Customer Services for DZ BANK London before moving into Business Development and Project Management roles. In 2007, she made a career change to Human Resources and discovered her true career love. In 10 years at the European HQ of Mondelez International, a highlight included Management and Leadership Development design. In 2017, she decided to make a dream come true and set up her own business, blue dahlia consulting GmbH, specializing in development for individuals, teams and companies wanting to engage pro-actively and thrive in today´s world.
